Our Products

The false ceiling shall be installed as per approved architectural designs and in compliance with industry standards for durability, safety, and aesthetics. The materials used will vary based on the application and may include gypsum board, POP (Plaster of Paris), metal (aluminum or steel), PVC, or wooden/MDF panels. The framework for the ceiling shall consist of galvanized iron (GI) or aluminum T-sections, with suspension rods of 8mm diameter steel, securely fixed at intervals of 1200mm to ensure structural stability. The panels shall be properly secured with screws, clips, or adhesives as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Joint treatment will include sealing, sanding, and finishing with putty and primer to create a smooth surface, ready for painting, laminating, or wallpaper application.

The false ceiling shall incorporate provisions for electrical fixtures such as LED panel lights, concealed lighting, and cove lighting, with electrical conduits concealed within the framework. Adequate ventilation shall be ensured for heat dissipation from lighting fixtures. Acoustic insulation using mineral wool or rock wool may be integrated if soundproofing is required, while thermal insulation using polystyrene or fiberglass sheets shall be considered for energy efficiency. In high-risk areas, fire-resistant gypsum boards or metal panels shall be used, and moisture-resistant materials shall be installed in kitchens, bathrooms, and other humid environments. The installation will be carried out by skilled professionals, ensuring precision and adherence to safety guidelines.
